Age-71 of 112 Lynn Lane, Clinton, NC died Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at Novant Health New Hanover Regional in Wilmington, NC.

Funeral Service will be Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church (4442 Bonnetsville Road, Clinton, NC 28328) at 1:00 pm.

Interment: Hillcrest Memorial Park (3620 Roseboro Hwy, Clinton, NC 28328)

Public Viewing will be Monday, January 8, 2024 at Butler & Son Funeral Services (410 N. Blvd., Clinton, NC 28328) from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

Mr. Bennett's parents are: Elbert Bennett (deceased) and Eva Lee Bennett(deceased); Siblings: Robert Bennett and Elbert Bennett, Jr. (deceased); Children: Yolanda Bennett Pridgen (Kevin) and Johnnie Ray Bennett Jr.; Grandchildren: Aaliyah Bennett of Clinton and Johnae' Bennett of Goldsboro; Great Grandchildren: Karter Bennett-Faison of Clinton, and Braiylan Bennett of Goldsboro; Nephew: Elbert Bennett III of Wetumpka, Alabama; Neice: Hope Young of Wetumpka, Alabama and a host of other relatives and friends.
