Ellis Tatum Obituary

Age-69 of 2306 Mc Daniels Rd. Roseboro, NC, departed from this life on Sunday, January 18, 2026 at his residence.

Funeral Service will be Saturday, January 24, 2026 at Snow Hill Missionary Baptist Church (531 Marion-Amos Road, Roseboro, NC 28382) at 12:00 pm-Noon.

Interment will occur at a later date in the Sandhill VA Cemetery in Spring Lake, NC.

Public Viewing will be Friday, January 23, 2026 at Butler & Son Funeral Home in Roseboro, NC from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

Mr. Ellis leaves to cherish his memories: Wife-Rosa Tatum; Daughter-Keisha Jones; Five Sons-Elliot, Monteno, Lamond, Brandon, and Ellis Tatum, Jr.; Stepson-Allen Best; Three Brothers- Jerry Parker, Zachery Tatum, and Wilbert Tatum; Three Sisters- Geraldine Butler, Gloria Jones, and Linda Tatum; Eight Grandchildren, Eight Great-Grandchildren, Six Step-Grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
