On Thursday morning, July 20, 2023, around 4 a.m. God whispered to Jaylen (Bubba/Son) Jefferson Rose and said, “Peace be thine.”

Jaylen was born and raised in Clinton, N.C.  He attended Clinton City Schools and was a 2015 graduate from Clinton High School.  He possessed a loving, caring, and generous spirit.  He loved his family, cousins, friends, and anyone he came into contact with.  Jaylen loved “everyone”, but there was no one like his Aunt Diane Hobbs and his (Sister-Cousin), Aunt Felecia, & Martina (Auntie Tina) Copeland He talked to these aunts every single day/night and always ended their conversations with, “I Love You.” Very special friends are Chelsey Devane and Jameeka Marshall “Jaylen Jefferson Rose” leaves a legacy of Agape love & devotion to:The Love of His Life - His Mother Loretta Swazette Jefferson Copeland; Father:  Johnny Terrence Rose; Dad:  Linwood Earl Copeland; Sister: Tara Jefferson; Brothers:  Dominik Rose & John Curtis Rose; Grandparents:  Wesley Jefferson, Talmage Dockery, Dorothy Rose, Thurman & Delois Copeland; Aunts:Twilla Jefferson Alford, Shamieka Dockery, Doresha Dockery, Claudia Dockery, & Melissa Rose, Andora Hankerson; Uncles: Jerry Hankerson Sr., Isaac Copeland, Timothy Alford, Pete Rose ;Love of His Life :Kameryn Simone Jefferson , Kar’Syn, Sar’ray Oates; Great Aunts & Uncles: The Jefferson, Stephens, & Jacob Family and a host of nieces, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
