Peggy Parker Williams

Peggy Jeanette Parker Williams was born to Stacey and Reva Parker in Sampson County, NC on March 8, 1949. She departed this life on January 3, 2021.

She spent her childhood in Salemburg, NC and attended school in Sampson county until she graduated. She then moved to New York City where she became a member of Refuge Temple of Deliverance. She worked as a phlebotomist until she retired. After retirement she moved to Henderson, NC. She then joined Young Memorial Holy Church under Pastor Walter Young.

Preceded in death is her mother Reva Owens Parker, Father Stacey Parker, Brother Willie Parker, and Sister Sarah Parker Roseboro and Brother-in Law Hector Cruz.

She leaves to cherish her memories her Daughter Tanya Turner (Ronald) of Henderson, NC Brother Harry Parker (Alvinia) of Salemburg, Sister Barbara Cruz of Bronx, NY. Grandchildren Sammyo Hart, Diamond Turner and 2 Great Grandchildren. A host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Graveside Service will be held Saturday, January 9, 2021 at Bearskin MBC Cemetery at 1:00 pm. 

Public Visitation: Saturday, January 9, 2021 11:00 am to 12:30 pm.

Masks are required to attend visitation and service. Graveside Service will be live-streamed via Facebook live through Butler & Son Funeral Home Facebook page.
